Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinBoost ("Service"), operated by Zuwiro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FinBoost is a financial management platform that provides:

• Credit report analysis and monitoring via consumer-permissioned data
• AI-powered dispute letter generation for credit report errors
• Credit score tracking, simulation, and optimization tools
• Bank account linking and transaction categorization
• Tax estimation and optimization suggestions
• Financial education and recommendations

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person

5. Credit Report Services

By using our credit report features, you understand and agree that:

• You authorize FinBoost to obtain your consumer credit report via soft pull through our authorized provider (Array)
• Credit report access requires identity verification (knowledge-based authentication)
• Soft pulls do not affect your credit score
• Credit data is provided by Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion and may not reflect the most recent changes
• We are not a credit repair organization as defined under CROA — we provide tools for you to manage your own credit

6. Dispute Letters

Our AI-generated dispute letters are provided as templates and tools. You understand that:

• Dispute letters are generated based on the information you provide
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any letters
• We do not guarantee the outcome of any dispute
• Disputes must be filed truthfully; submitting false disputes may violate federal law
• All disputes are conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

7. Bank Account Linking

If you choose to link bank accounts via Plaid:

• You authorize Plaid to access your financial data on your behalf
• We use this data only to provide transaction analysis and financial insights
• You can disconnect your bank account at any time
• Bank linking is subject to Plaid's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

8. Tax Tools Disclaimer

Tax estimation and optimization features are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute tax advice. We are not a CPA firm, tax preparer, or tax advisor. You should consult a qualified tax professional before making tax decisions. We are not responsible for errors in tax calculations or any resulting tax liability.

9. AI-Generated Content

Portions of the Service use artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate recommendations, letters, and analysis. AI-generated content:

• May contain errors or inaccuracies — always review before acting
• Does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice
• Should be used as a starting point, not as the sole basis for decisions
• Your data sent to AI providers is not used to train their models

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or fraudulent information, including fabricated disputes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks on the Service are the property of Zuwiro LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. User-generated content (dispute letters, notes) remains your property, but you grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUWIRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CREDIT SCORE CHANGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that credit scores will improve.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, unless you opt out within 30 days of account creation by emailing support@zuwiro.com.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
